Staff were great, rooms comfortable, but amenities need urgent attention.
The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and met our needs.
Need to have more than one person on Reception. There was quite a delay checking in and out . Also, urgently need to get the second lift fixed. That is a safety hazard. Needs immediate attention.

Building was dated, but functional and comfortable. Convenient but noisy
Location to central station was excellent. Room was fitted out well, comfortable and clean. The kitchenette was basic but functional.
The apartments facing the rail line were very noisy, even 15 stories up and with the windows closed. I was expected at least a little dining table based on the photos but there wasn't one, just a desk. The pool area required some serious maintenance and didn't seem to get checked/cleaned regularly. For example, we came in to find a swimming nappy left near the spa and it remained there for several days.
